Ray County Land Title, LLC's title plant is geographically indexed and dates back to 1821. Many of the recorded documents, recorded in the Ray County Recorder's Office can be obtained right in our office.  The advantages of having a title plant versus running the courthouse records, is that a search can be performed in a shorter amount of time with more accuracy. 

Ray County Land Title is a full service title insurance issuing agent and Escrow Closing company. The company researches the public records of real property to determine ownership and any encumbrances or defects in the chain of title.  Title insurance is your assurance and peace of mind the your investment in real property is protected from the potential claims of other third parties, such as judgments, tax liens or the interest of an unknown heir.
